Property Manager of Sheridan Park called us to take a look at the building to the left side of Sheridan Park (front of British Open Pub and Tuesday Morning).
Water was not able to drain out of the beds and was also puddling up in the gravel parking lot. After even mild rainfalls, most parking spots were not even usable as up to 5″ of water was getting trapped in the area. It took about two days for all of the water to finish percolating.
Lowcountry Greenscapes fixes issue (video below). Even with heavy rains there is little to no standing water in gravel making all parking spots usable after rainfall.
